Accenture will integrate advanced analytic capabilities into the existing video monitoring systems used in the city, to increase situational awareness, streamline operations and enhance the response times of city authorities to public safety incidents. The Safe City pilot program is a Singapore government initiative led by theSafety and Security Industry Programme Office (SSIPO).

“The use of data analytics by public safety organizations is increasing at pace and is an exciting technology field for the public safety and security industry. The agencies participating in the pilot are the Singapore Police Force, Singapore Civil Defence Force, Land Transport Authority, National Environment Agency, Public Utilities Board and the Ministry of Home Affairs.
