WellCare Selected to Continue Serving Kentucky's Medicaid Managed Care Program

TAMPA, Fla., July 1, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- WellCare Health Plans, Inc. (NYSE: WCG) announced today that the Kentucky Cabinet for Health and Family Servicesselected WellCare of Kentucky to continue serving the Commonwealth's Medicaid Managed Care program in all eight of the program's regions. The new contract begins on July 1, 2015 and is for one year. It may be extended for four additional one-year renewals at the Commonwealth's discretion.
