COLUMBIA, Md.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--W. R. Grace & Co. (NYSE: GRA) announced second quarter net income of $136.2 million, or $1.77 per diluted share. Net income for the prior-year quarter was $90.3 million, or $1.16 per diluted share. Adjusted EPS was $1.22 per diluted share, unchanged from the prior-year quarter.
