HARTFORD, Conn.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Aetna (NYSE: AET) today announced that its first-quarter results will be made public on Thursday, April 24 at 6 a.m. ET. Aetna also will host a conference call, which will begin at 8:30 a.m. ET on that day.
