Merck Announces Second-Quarter 2014 Dividend

WHITEHOUSE STATION, N.J.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Merck (NYSE:MRK), known as MSD outside the United States and Canada, announced today that the Board of Directors has declared a quarterly dividend of $0.44 per share of the company’s common stock for the second quarter of 2014. Payment will be made on April 7, 2014, to stockholders of record at the close of business on March 17, 2014.
