So many former Goldman Sachs executives were in top government jobs at the end of the Bush administration that critics and punsters dubbed the Wall Street giant “Government Sachs.”



In the Obama administration, however, the name of a different Wall Street bank can be found on the resumes of top economic officials and nominees: Citigroup.
