The Forrester report evaluated the 13 most significant Workplace Service providers within a market where “the roster of market leaders and strong performers has evolved. Sourcing and vendor management (SVM) professionals must throw away their historic biases and consider this key market anew.” The report evaluated each provider’s capabilities based on 27 criteria, which included current offering, strategy and market presence.
