Short seller who called financial crisis sees calamity ahead

It's hard to argue with the guy when he says that the economy is not doing that well or that the Fed can't lower interest rates any lower than they already are.



But the Fed can resume Quantitative Easing.



Also, sentiment isn't that good. There is not a whole lot of irrational exuberance out there.
