ST. PAUL, Minn. – August 4, 2015 – Ecolab Inc., the global leader in water, hygiene and energy technologies and services, has closed on the purchase of the 17-story North Tower from Travelers in downtown St. Paul, Minn. Ecolab will relocate all associates from the three buildings that comprise its current headquarters in St. Paul to the new Ecolab Global Headquarters building, beginning in the second quarter of 2016. The move is expected to be completed by the end of 2018. Financial terms of the agreement are not being disclosed.
