AmerisourceBergen Declares Quarterly Dividend

VALLEY FORGE, Pa.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--May 9, 2014-- The Board of Directors of AmerisourceBergen Corporation(NYSE:ABC) today declared a quarterly dividend of $0.235 per common share, payable June 2, 2014, to stockholders of record at the close of business on May 19, 2014.
