MORRISTOWN, N.J.Jan. 30, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Jersey Central Power & Light (JCP&L) is preparing for the possible impact of high winds predicted to hit parts of its northern and central New Jersey service territory beginning tonight and continuing through Thursday.
