SHANNON, Ireland, April 1, 2015 -- GE Capital Aviation Services Limited (GECAS), the commercial aircraft leasing arm of GE, today announced delivery of a new leased Boeing 737-800 aircraft to Japan's Solaseed Air. The leased aircraft is part of GECAS' existing order book with Boeing.
Solaseed Air operates a fleet of 12 Boeing 737-800 aircraft to destinations in Japan.

CHICAGO –  GE Capital, Corporate Finance today announced it is serving as administrative agent on a $600 million revolving credit facility for Axiall Corporation.  The new, larger facility will be used for general working capital and to support the company’s ongoing growth.  GE Capital Markets served as co-lead arranger and joint book runner on the facility.

Based in Atlanta, Axiall manufactures and markets chemicals and building products for sale worldwide. The Company operates through three segments: Chlorovinyls, Building Products, and Aromatics.

Funds expansion into El Pollo Loco and Corner Bakery brands

SCOTTSDALE, AZ, NOV. 12, 2014 — GE Capital’s Franchise Finance business announced today that it has provided a $95 million senior credit facility to JIB Management, Inc. A portion of the funding was provided by GE Capital’s bank affiliate, GE Capital Bank. GE Capital Markets acted as sole lead arranger and bookrunner and City National Bank was co-documentation agent.
JIB will use the majority of the funds to refinance existing debt. It will use the remainder to acquire and develop new El Pollo Loco restaurants in the San Antonio and Houston markets, and to develop Corner Bakery restaurants in the Las Vegas and Seattle markets.
Based in Fremont, CA, JIB is the largest domestic Jack in the Box franchisee with 221 restaurants, which amount to about 10% of the system’s units. It also operates 35 Denny’s restaurants, and six Sizzler restaurants.

GE Capital has had a relationship with JIB since 2003.

The transaction was originated by Todd Cortell, a senior vice president with GEFF responsible for restaurant financing in the West region.

SHANNON, Ireland, November 12, 2014 – GE Capital Aviation Services Limited (GECAS), the commercial aircraft leasing arm of GE, today announced delivery of three new Boeing 777-300ERs to China Airlines to expand the airline’s fleet.
"China Airlines is very pleased to receive its third new 777-300ER from GECAS,” said Huang-Hsiang Sun, Chairman of China Airlines. “As we continue the addition of our new 777 aircraft, we will further strengthen our competitiveness and enhance our overall product offering.”
A fourth aircraft is scheduled for delivery in January 2015. All four are part of GECAS’ existing order book with Boeing.
