Marketing luminary brings vast digital experience to Accenture
NEW YORK; April 28, 2016 – Accenture (NYSE: ACN) has appointed Greg Kaplan as the company’s lead creative director, effective immediately. Kaplan will be responsible for creative ideation and development of the corporate brand with a focus on creative concepting, innovation and branding standards. Kaplan will infuse a consistent and distinctive creative vision and visual aesthetic across the Accenture brand and each of its five businesses – Strategy, Consulting, Digital, Technology and Operations.
Kaplan possesses deep digital experience and award-winning creative credentials in digital media, social, mobile and global site builds. He joined Accenture from digital powerhouse, DigitasLBi, where he oversaw creative operations, including directing his team’s work for American Express. Before joining Digitas in 2009, he was senior vice president and group creative director at MRM/McCann and, early in his career, had the honor of being one of the first interactive creatives at Ogilvy. Kaplan’s work has garnered more than 100 awards, including Cannes Lions, The Clios, The One Show, and Webbies. He received his education in illustration design and advertising.
