Accenture Named a Leader in Salesforce.com Implementation Services by Independent Research Firm
NEW YORK; July 2, 2013 – Accenture (NYSE: ACN) has been named a leader in Salesforce implementation services by Forrester Research Inc., a leading industry analyst firm.
Accenture was among a select group of ten companies that Forrester invited to participate in its Q2 2013 Forrester Wave report entitled, “The Forrester Wave™: Salesforce.com Implementation Services, Q2 2013.”
The Forrester ranking is based on a “comprehensive set of evaluation criteria” that included conducting user need assessments and vendor and expert interviews, measuring companies against 45 criteria across three categories – current offering, strategy, and market presence. Accenture received the highest score in all three categories.

It goes on to state that, “Accenture is best-suited for transformational, complex, or global projects that change the business in a significant way.”
