Innovative Apple Watch App Connects Consumers to Their Physicians and Health Benefits INDIANAPOLIS & ANN ARBOR, Mich.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Apr. 13, 2015-- Anthem, Inc. (NYSE: ANTM) and CareEvolution announced today their collaboration to make the cFHR™ (collaborative Family Health Record) app available for Apple Watch. The cFHR™ app, available now as a free download from the App Store on iPhone, will be one of the first apps available for Apple Watch at the launch of the device on April 24, 2015. The cFHR™ Apple Watch app will seamlessly connect consumers to their health care providers and Anthem’s family of health plans and provide consumers with actionable health and wellness notifications. The app is designed to make it convenient and simple for consumers to receive alerts, review new medical information and manage their health care from their wrist.
